Who we are

OUR MISSION

25 STAY ALIVE is on a mission to change the way young adults approach their health—by making prevention, early detection, and open conversations a normal part of life.

WHY WE EXIST?

Young adults are too often left out of the health conversation. Preventable diseases go undetected. Mental health struggles go unspoken. And check-ups don’t happen—until something goes wrong.

25 STAY ALIVE exists to change that.

We’re here to build a culture where health is taken seriously early—where prevention is normal, early detection is routine, and taking action becomes second nature.

Because your health shouldn’t start at 50. It should start at 25—and never stop.

WHY 25?

We’re pushing for a government-backed initiative to make 25 the turning point for your health.

Turning 25 is a milestone—just like 18, 21, or 30. It’s a time of big transitions: starting a career, moving cities, managing finances. And with so much going on, health often takes a backseat. But it shouldn’t.

Preventative healthcare should be simple, accessible, and expected—and we’re working to make that a reality.

Our goal: when you turn 25, you’ll receive a health info pack, a list of local GPs, and a 5-point health checklist to take to a complimentary consultation.

Your health is your greatest asset.
Don’t wait until it’s too late.
