Who we are
OUR MISSION
To empower the younger generation to take control of their health—before it’s too late!
WHY IT MATTERS
25 STAY ALIVE is a preventative health movement dedicated to educating and empowering young adults to be proactive with their health. When it comes to prevention and awareness, this age group often gets overlooked but we’re here to change that.
25 is the new 50. The earlier you invest in your health, the greater the reward. The habits you build in your 20s and 30s will shape the rest of your life. Routine health check-ups should be the norm, not the exception. Early detection saves lives, giving you the best chance at a long, healthy future.
WHY 25?
A government-backed initiative to make 25 the turning point for your health.
Turning 25 is a milestone, just like 18, 21, or 30. It’s a time of big transitions: starting a career, moving cities, managing finances. With so much going on, health often takes a backseat. But it shouldn’t.
Preventative healthcare should be a priority, and we want to make it easy. That’s why we’re pushing for a nationwide initiative:
When you turn 25, you’ll receive a health information package, a list of local GPs, and a 5-point health checklist to take to your complimentary consultation.
Your health is your greatest asset. Don’t wait until it’s too late.
